1. Member rights 


Q1: How to become a member? 

To register for membership, please click the head icon on the top of the page, click “Sign up”, fill in required information and set the password.


Q2: What should I do if I forget my password?

Please click “Sign in”, click “Forgot your password?”, and enter the registered email address. The system will automatically send you your new password via email or SMS verification code. After successfully signing in with the new password, please change your password at “Member center”.


Q3: How to change my profile and password?

Please sign in your account, click “Edit Member Profile” and “Edit password. 


Q4: Will I have membership benefits after I become a member?

Q5: My purchases have reached the qualification for the next level. Why does my membership level remain unchanged?

7-10 days after the order is completed and confirmed that there is no refund or return, the system will automatically include the actual payment of the order in your membership level qualification. If it is not effective after 10 days, please inform info@phytorelax.com.tw and provide the registered phone number and email for us to assist your situation.

Q1: What platforms can I order phytorelax products through?

Phytorelax products can be ordered through our Taiwan official website www.phytorelax.com.tw, Shopee and PChome official site.


Q2: How to change the order or shipping address? How to cancel the order?

Once the ordered is placed, the content of the order can not be modified. If you would like to cancel the order or change the content, please apply to cancel the order and place the order again.


Q3: Why am I unable to purchase?

If you have more than 3 records of unpaid purchase or not picking up, you will be blacklisted and unable to purchase.


Q4: What is the progress of my order?

Please sign in your account and check order status or call the official service line 02-2659-9539.


Q5: What can I do if the products I receive are defective or differ from my order?

a. Please inform our customer service specialists your situation and demand with your order number by calling 02-2659-9539 or sending an email to into@phytorelax.com.tw.

b. if you would like to return or exchange the product, please send back the product (including the giveaways) and the documents such as the delivery notes and the paper invoice (if you have requested).

** If the product is qualified to be returned or exchanged, please send the mailbox to the address designated. The shipping fee is borne by customers.

** If the product is defective or shipped to the wrong address, the logistics company commissioned by our company will pick up the package at the address you designated. The shipping fee is borne by our company.

c. return and refund: after we receive check the returned product, we will immediately arrange the refund or exchange for you.
