Purchases and returns


1. Credit card payment 

a. Please follow the instruction on the website and fill in required information to place the order. The entire transaction process is secured by SSL 256 bits encryption, and the credit card information will not be saved on the website. Paying by credit card is secure.

b. VISA, Master and JCB credit cards are available.

c. Overseas credit cards are available. 

2. Cash on delivery at convenience stores

a. 7-11, Familymart and all convenience stores in Taiwan are available for cash on delivery method.

b. The order will be shipped within 1-2 working days after it is established and will be delivered within 5-7 days after shipping. An SMS message will be sent to inform you when the delivery is completed. 

c. The limited amount of every single order is NT$3000. If the order excesses NT$3000, credit card payment and home delivery (cash on delivery) are recommended.  

d. An SMS message and an email will be sent when the delivery is completed. Please pick up after you receive the notification. If you have not pick up in 7 days, the convenience store will send the package back and cancel the order. If a customer has several records of not picking up, PHYTORELAX will evaluate the customer’s purchase right.

3. Home delivery (cash on delivery)

The order will be shipped on the next working day after it is established. Shipping service is not available on Saturday and Sunday. You will receive the package within 5-7 days after shipping.

When the package is delivered to the requested address, the delivery staff will contact you by phone first and collect the payment at the same time.

※ If the delivery is delayed, please contact PHYTORELAX customer service line 02-2659-9539. We will assist you to contact the logistic company and track the delivery status.

※ Home delivery service area: all areas of Taiwan main island, parts of Penghu, parts of Kinmen (Great Kinmen, Little Kinmen), Xiaoliuqiu, all areas of Matsu, Green Island. 

 Return and exchange 

※ If you would like to return or exchange your product, please apply within 7 days after receiving the product. Please contact our customer service specialists on Facebook or Line or send an email to

※ We do not accept returning products which have been opened and products with teared packaging or stickers. Please make sure that the products that needed to be returned have not been opened. Any return requests with opened products would not be accepted. 

※ Any giveaways, trial products, discount products and special sale products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please follow the instruction if you would like to apply for return or exchange, and you would have to return all the contents of the order. Returning individual product, including giveaways, is not acceptable.

eturn conditions

a. Products must be intact, unused, and not affected to secondary sales. 
b. Packaging of products must be intact, including attached instruction and receipts. 
    2. Defective product exchange 
    a. If the product is defective, please contact our customer service specialists through Facebook or Line, or send an email to within 7 days since you have received the product from our official shopping platforms. The defective product will be checked by our staff. If the defectiveness meets the exchange conditions, we will arrange it immediately. 
    b. If the product meets exchange conditions, please send it back to the address designated by our staff. The shipping fee is borne by customers. We apologize for the inconvenience. 
    c. Every single order is limited on one return or exchange. The second time of return or exchange is not accepted. If there are overly demanded records of returns and exchange, Phytorelax has the right not to arrange following returns or exchanges. 

    Appreciation period is not counted as trial period. 
    According to Consumer Protection Law, cosmetics are personal hygiene products. The appreciation (hesitation) period of 7 days is not applicable to cosmetics that have been opened. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for opened products. 

    3. Unaccepted returns and exchanges
    a. Products were not bought from Phytorelax official shopping platforms, including normal products and defective products.
    b. The products bought have exceeded the appreciation period.
    c. The returned or exchanged products were used, stained or damaged, the receipt was lost, the tag was blurred, and other circumstances that affect secondary sales are not accepted. 

    After applying for exchange, application for return is not available.
